Private Spin @ Fitness First for the club

Hi Guys/Girls,

Ive been asked to run a private spin class at fitness first for the club which im very keen and would like you all to have a crack.

Im unsure what day to run the class as id like most of you to attend. I was thinking a Thursday evening at 7:15 but open to suggestions.

Currently i teach,
Monday 6:15 PM
Wendesday 7:15 PM
Friday 5:30 PM

Please let me know what you guys think.

Did you manage to check out the age limit for the kids at your spinning class. My kids are 9 and 12. They would love to do the classes as would we. We can sign a disclaimer if ness.

The Dinnington Spin session is moving to 7.15pm on a Thursday night starting this week at fitness First Balby. This time doesn't clash with the Tuesday run and is in the second half of the week may suit people better.
