Intake of water

Just wondered what thoughts everyone has on the intake of water. I was always led to believe it was essential to keep hydrated.

However having stopped at the cafe in Braithwell I noticed Scott has a new regime!! Instead of intaking the water he thinks it is more beneficial to try to drink and then spray it all over the table!

Strange, it was commented on by the cafe owner and the caused the group of women on the next table to move.

We had a great ride, even staying dry until the cafe stop!!!!

I believe that this is an ancient custom whereby if you are a resident of Clifton it is deemed acceptable and even a sign of good manners that after eating you get a mouth full of water and then spray as many people within the immediate vicinity as possible. He has caused quite a stir in his village and is now something of a local hero.

I word of advice Keith, try to ensure that you are at least 2 or ideally 3 tables from Scott when you next frequent a cafe or make sure you keep the water on your side of the table in case he gets over excited and attempts another water show!
